And possibly my favorite of their ongoing Avengers poster series, Mondo’s super badass THOR, by the über talented Martin Ansin.
Mondo do an epic John Carter poster for the ages… simply astounding.

Fucking MONDO can do no wrong! Check out this stunning DRIVE poster by Ken Taylor. This goes on sale online this Thursday and if you buy me a copy I will french kiss you.
This is the IMAX poster for super anticipated (by me) John Carter, based on the pulp series written by Edgar Rice Burrows pretty much a hundred years ago. I like it, it’s suitably badass, but I’m kind of disapointed that we aren’t seeing painted poster for this movie. There has been so much John Carter artwork over the years and so much of it is super awesome. Click on the poster above to see an example of what I’m talking about. See? That’s from legendary illustrator Frank Frazetta. The final official John Carter poster would be so perfect if it was done as a send up to Frazetta’s paintings!
The new Dark Night Rises poster teases an asswhuppin’.

Here’s a poster for the Mark Webb (of (500) Days Of Summer fame) directed forthcoming movie The Amazing Spider-Man, the absolutely unnecessary reboot of the beloved 10 year old film franchise.
Still, I can’t lie, that’s a pretty cool poster…
(Also: I really want to like this film! It’s just the idea of the reboot that destroys my soul…)
(Okay fine my soul is in pretty good condition…)

Mark Welser does an amazing Scott Pilgrim vs The World poster. Edgar Wright shares it on his blog. I use my re-posting superpowers for the benefit of all of humankind!
So, yeah, that’s how that happened.
Cool poster. Want one.
Mondo Tees have done it again! Check out this GORGEOUS Jurrasic Park poster by JC Richard!!!
If you follow Mondo Tees on twitter, keep an eye on their feed to find out when this beauty goes on sale (should be Thursday) for a puny $45.
Thanks to Badass Digest for the scoop.
New-York Times writes a piece on Mondo-Tees!
You can read a great little article on Mondo, a fantastic company affiliated with the Alamo Drafthouse (the greatest cinema in the world) who’s main purpose is making original alternative posters for various movies shown at the Alamo, can be read HERE.
I am the very proud owner of three Mondo posters:

Edgar Wright’s (Nega) Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, by Martin Ansin

Richard Donner’s The Goonies, by Drew Millward

George Romero’s Survival Of The Dead, by Charlie Adlard
Yes, btw, this is totally me showing off. Still, the N-Y Times article is cool, read it.
